Wesbild has applied to the City of Port Coquitlam to redevelop the properties at 2755 Lougheed Highway, which is known as “PoCo Place”. The future renewal of this site intends to serve as a welcoming, mixed-use hub, featuring a range of new housing, retail, childcare and public amenity space.
